Gitte Le Bruyn,¬†24 Years old and an artist of the kind I like! You can see in her work¬†that she is a real working-horse.¬†When you take a better look at the paintings,¬†you see a lot of different materials and methods used. (Don’t forget the sizes of¬†most paintings she made, there really big). On this young age she has¬†control over the canvas and the paint,¬†like I haven’t seen a lot before.¬†You can definitely¬†tell that she is well educated… and¬†in her case I don’t mind…¬†This year she won the “Prijs Frans Dille”, this Belgium based competition is hold once in the three years, and it targets students and graduees.
